The staff were super courteous and helpful, and the room was comfortably equipped. Unfortunately, there was only single glazing and the street noise was always present, as were any parties at the event centre across the street.

The hospitality at the reception and the surprising breakfast were great. It was a downside that the restaurant was closed in the evening, and that we had to ask for a second bath towel and two glasses.

The rooftop was very pleasant. One of the rooms faced the street, which is very noisy, and we couldn't sleep all night because the windows were single‑pane and didn't insulate. The second, quieter room faced the inner courtyard but smelled damp. The hotel was empty, so those two rooms were the best, and I don't want to imagine the rest.

“Podría mejorarse la experiencia”

The friendliness of the staff at reception, the dining area, and the concierge gentleman was very pleasant. The air conditioning needs maintenance; it didn't cool properly in this heat.
