The property is new, clean, and well managed. However, despite being marketed as a home stay, there is no shared space and all meals are taken in your own room, so interaction with others is almost nonexistent; since it’s adjacent, I wish there were a system to foster more communication.

The view was incredible and the privacy great. A short walk takes you to town, which feels more hectic than this quiet street. The balcony bath is a nice touch, though it’s small for my non‑Thai body. The bathroom had a weird odor that we couldn’t get rid of, and the mattress is very hard; it’s normal here, but I mention it because it’s something I’d like to know before booking.
