Cloe is in the middle of Kuta. The staff were helpful and polite, and the value for money was great. The location was excellent. However, there was no hot water, the TV remote had no batteries and there seemed to be no spare keys, and towels weren’t provided. These small issues could have made the stay much more pleasant.
