The hotel and reception were great, the staff incredibly kind, helpful, and very professional, meeting every little requirement. The facilities are also amazing, especially the pool—a true oasis in the desert. Special shout‑out to Mohamed, who makes you feel at home. I strongly recommend this hotel.

A spectacular experience from start to finish. Joseph, Mohamed, and the whole team were charming, always attentive and making sure everything was perfect. They even let us in early and let us leave an hour later, which we really appreciated. Every detail was cared for, the service was close and wonderful, making our stay even more special. We would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

A very beautiful hotel on the edge of the desert. The staff are very helpful. The restaurant is excellent for a reasonable price. The activities offered by the hotel are overpriced (I feel like I bought the camels and the quads!). The round‑trip to the airport was arranged by the hotel using a local taxi for 350 euros round‑trip: in ten trips, the car is paid… I felt cheated.

Everything. When you arrive, you’ll notice a very soothing scent. The complex is magnificent from the room to the outside, everything is carefully decorated. The staff are family‑like in their attention, and we felt at home. Huge thanks to Youssef, Mustafa, and the whole team for an unforgettable stay near the Sahara dunes. Don’t hesitate to book your activities through the hotel. Everything was perfect!

The staff were amazing, the facilities were A+, the food had generous portions and was the best we’ve had in Morocco. A perfect hotel for families or a couple getaway. My children loved the pool and the staff were wonderful with them. We did all the activities they offered and they were all amazing.
