The staff at this hotel were very well-behaved and made a positive impression on me. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that there was no iron box available, which would have been a useful amenity.
My Indian friend surprised me in the room—she was there before me! I arrived at the hotel straight from the airport. The hotel had trouble charging my German credit card from Stadtsparkasse München, even though I had been traveling in India since October 2025 and no one had issues! After several attempts it finally worked—very strange!
