The hotel looks nice, the rooms are modern and tidy, and the location in Navoiy is solid with reasonable prices. The beds and bathroom were good overall. I booked a single room for $9 on a spur‑of‑the‑moment trip to Navoiy, but when I arrived late in the evening the room wasn’t ready, so I had to either find another hotel or take a triple room for $17. The floor under the beds and the glasses on the table in my room were dirty, and for that price you’d expect soft toilet paper instead of the rough, sandpaper‑like kind.

When I booked on Booking the price listed was one amount, but at check‑in the cost was higher. I believe the price was artificially inflated. I ask Booking to verify the property’s actions and the final cost against the booking terms.
