“Bad experience”

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, I was given a room that wasn't what I had booked, and to make matters worse, the electricity wasn't working properly. The front desk was unattended, which made it difficult for me to get the help I needed. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

“Don’t rely on your booking with this hotel - Bad Experience”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived, they denied me check-in to the room I had booked, and instead offered me a basic room with a single double bed at the same price. After showing them the photos and details of the room I had booked, they finally gave me a room with a double bed and a mattress, but it was still not what I had paid for. To make matters worse, they turned off the air conditioning and charged me the full amount.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were great. I highly recommend it for both comfort and service.

“Feel so bad”

My experience at this hotel was a nightmare from the start. When I arrived, I was told that they were fully booked, despite the fact that there were many rooms available on the computer screen. After showing the receptionist my reservation number, I was eventually given the rooms I had booked, but not before a 15-minute argument. The next morning, I was told that the hotel had contacted me to say that I was a no-show, even though I had stayed there.
