The location and the apartment were nice. Directly opposite there is a fortified area that is guarded by soldiers day and night.

The room view and the housekeeper were positive; the spot was close to the Medina, the parking was secure, and the room was well sunlit. First, the receptionist spoke rudely and loudly. Then they demanded extra taxes that hadn’t been clearly mentioned before. The room lacked essential items: no hair dryer, no iron, no bed sheets, no TV. A cockroach and many mosquitoes were present. Several bathroom fixtures were broken; the toilet emitted a bad odor and leaked water, making the stay very uncomfortable. Finally, the hotel was under renovation during our visit, with a strong, unpleasant paint smell that affected our comfort.

The location was ideal for exploring Fès, close to the Medina yet very quiet. It was easy to leave a car safely on the street at the foot of the hotel. Staff were attentive and always smiling, and the lounge between rooms was welcoming. Some bathroom fixtures were a bit old‑fashioned.

Very convenient, right next to the Medina and the old town. I could park my motorcycle in front of the hotel, just opposite a national security guard, and I think it was the best protection I’ve ever had. The room was comfortable and the value for money was excellent.
