The staff were good. The key broke three times and they never fixed it; I had to go in and out of the room multiple times, which was annoying.

“I had a horrible experience. The only good part was the location of the hotel.”

The location is ideal as it is centrally located and all amenities and restaurants that you would need as a tourist is nearby. The property needs to be renovated. Most of the rooms are outdated and the bathrooms are very overbearing and overwhelming. The tubs are old and unclean. Housekeeping doesn’t change the bed sheets often, they don’t sweep or wipe the rooms. The place is very dusty and the air conditioned needs to be cleaned

The facilities and the location were good excellent actually The price was too high. The breakfast was not good. No continental breakfast offered And we got the same thing everyday

The location is great, yet there was mold and mildew in the rooms.
