It is a good overnight stop if, like me, you want an early ferry. From the train an easy walk, most of it on elevated walkways. If you are catching an express ferry you don't even need to leave the building as they leave from the same complex. AND you can get decent coffee in the morning at Point Coffee or Roti O. Music too loud in complex but they did turn it down on request

The location is convenient to the train station and ferry terminal, yet the towels smelled, the sink water was salty enough that I couldn’t even gargle, the shower faucet leaked badly, and the view was blocked by a wall, making the room worthwhile only for ferry transfers.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a comfortable room that met my expectations. The facilities in the room were also great, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to my overall satisfaction. However, I was a bit disappointed with the early breakfast delivery, which caught me off guard. On the other hand, the hotel's proximity to the ferry terminal made it an ideal choice for my trip to Sumatra.

My room was a great size, with a comfortable bed and pleasant linens. The bathroom was also well-appointed. However, I was disappointed with the weak water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to wash my hair. The so-called "American breakfast" was also a letdown, consisting of just two slices of toast with various spreads and a small, unripe melon.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay a pleasure. However, I was disappointed to find that the outdoor terrace with its beautiful view was closed, which was a major reason I chose to stay at this hotel.
