The location is good, but the property feels a little bit old.

The setting is quiet and the room was exceptionally clean and excellent. The only downside was that when I requested a room, I didn’t realize there were no elevators to the third floor, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. The staff were very gracious and helped me move my belongings up and down the next day, so I’ll just ask for a first‑floor room next time. That was the only drawback of my stay at the New London Inn.

The location is great. I asked for a first‑floor queen room, was told it wasn’t available, but later received confirmation that it was granted. The room was cute, very comfortable, and I appreciated the great lighting. Plenty of outlets, a cool AC, and everything I needed were there.

They went out of their way to accommodate a small dog and were very nice people. They don’t have an elevator, but they’re helpful if you need assistance.
