The staff were welcoming and supportive, always ready to help with local tips and room maintenance. Breakfast was fresh, seemed to come from their own garden, and my friend and I really enjoyed it. Other guests were friendly, and the atmosphere felt peaceful and private. My friend and I had to change rooms twice. The first was underground and spacious, but the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, so the bathroom odor kept leaking into the room. A staff member helped us switch to a better room. The next day, as I was leaving for my flight, the door wouldn’t open from the inside; I was lucky the room was on the ground floor, so I climbed out the window to catch my shuttle. The staff fixed the lock and the door opened. Wi‑Fi was on and off throughout our stay, which seems common in that area. A balloon could be seen but it looked relatively small.

We spent two nights at Cappadocia Pyramid Stone House and had a truly pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Before we got there, they arranged airport transport. Even though we checked in late, Fatih went above and beyond by helping us order room service and arranging a Red Tour for the next morning. Throughout our stay, whenever we needed anything, the team was ready with a smile. They also suggested great local restaurants and organized our return transport to the airport. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was outstanding—Eren thoughtfully explained each item. The owner, Ozzy, and Eren were always at the front desk, ready to help and ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness and warmth made our stay feel special. Overall, Cappadocia Pyramid Stone House offered not just a place to stay, but a memorable experience filled with kindness, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Very friendly hosts, good rooms, and a good location if you have a car. Good value for money for a short stay.

The location in the village of Uçhisar is not very touristy for leisure and is on the outskirts of the center. Right in front is a house with chickens and cows, and the smell is noticeable inside.
