“Nicht empfehlenswert.”
Nichts. Leider war der Aufenthalt in der Pension Zollern sehr enttäuschend. Meine 18-jährige Tochter war gemeinsam mit meiner 18-jährigen Nichte dort. Bei der Ankunft gab es keine Rezeption und keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Die Zimmernummer wurde lediglich mitgeteilt, und der Schlüssel steckte bereits von außen in der Tür – das machte keinen guten ersten Eindruck. Besonders irritierend war, dass die Pension nach unserem Eindruck Tag und Nacht frei zugänglich war. Es gab keine erkennbare Kontrolle oder einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, sodass sich gerade zwei junge Frauen, die alleine unterwegs waren, nicht wirklich sicher und gut aufgehoben fühlten. Leider setzte sich der negative Eindruck im Zimmer fort: Die Bettwäsche wirkte alt und muffig, ein Bett war kaputt, und im Bad fehlten Handtücher sowie Handseife. Angeblich wird Seife nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Außerdem war das Toilettenpapier bereits benutzt. Zusätzlich befand sich in der Dusche eine Wand aus Glasbausteinen, die zum Flur ausgerichtet war, was wenig Privatsphäre vermittelte und als sehr unangenehm empfunden wurde. In der gesamten Pension lag ein unangenehmer Geruch, und es war sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts sehr laut, sodass an Erholung kaum zu denken war. Für 137 Euro für zwei Nächte hätten wir deutlich mehr Komfort, Sauberkeit, Privatsphäre und Betreuung erwartet. Gerade bei zwei jungen Frauen, die alleine unterwegs waren, wäre ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort und eine gepflegte, sichere Unterkunft besonders wichtig gewesen. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen können wir die Pension leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Too few parking spaces.
The location was very nice, but many things were dirty, the kitchen was filthy, the showers were unclean, and the pillows barely felt like pillows—some small improvements could be made.
We saw beautiful places around, but we will try to forget the rest. Absolutely not recommended. Somehow we survived two nights. A room with a private bathroom is just awful. The toilet is next to the dining table, and the same compartment has a shower. No simple hand soap was provided. Electrical wires protrude from the walls, and outlets are broken. The room lighting doesn’t work, except for a functioning floor lamp. The bedding looks very worn: stains, stitched holes. Laundry is washed with a strong‑smelling product, leaving an indelible odor in the room. The beds creak and are about to fall apart. We always bring our own pillows because what they offer isn’t suitable for use. The toilet itself is dirty, and the shower enclosure is in a very messy condition. Parking is available next to the building, but for so many residents the parking space is simply insufficient. There was internet, but it worked poorly. At night the router in the corridor made regular loud noises.
