The staff were excellent, the place super clean, the food good, and it was quiet—10/10, would stay again. However, they sold me a free breakfast while the hotel said they do not offer free breakfast. The staff were very kind and ended up giving us one free breakfast both mornings.

The front desk, bartenders, and waitstaff were all outstanding, but the room felt a bit cramped.

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, but that's about where the positives end. The renovation work was a real pain, with drilling and hammering going on all day, and there was no way to get any food or drinks. To top it all off, I had some doubts about the honesty of the staff, which didn't exactly fill me with confidence.
