The staff were very friendly, and we loved the 2‑bedroom setup with a kitchen; the beds were very comfortable, and even the sofa bed was comfortable for our daughter. The only downside was that there was only one waffle maker, so we had to wait a long time to make waffles.

The staff lady on duty was super nice and tried her best to help, but the AC in our room was broken from the time we checked in; someone came to fix it, said it was fixed, but it still stayed at 80 degrees and we couldn't open the windows because there were no screens. I wanted coffee, but the coffee pit was very dirty and black stuff was coming out of it before I used it. The ice maker in the freezer had mold on the ice. Then, at breakfast, I got orange juice that had curdles inside. The coffee in the lobby was nasty, always not hot, and the hair dryer didn't work. Trash was everywhere outside the hotel, all around the property. I know they are remodeling, but they could at least pick up all the trash and glass outside.

We absolutely loved the staff and how great everything looked with the remodeling! The only negative was that there was no hot tub/Jacuzzi because of the remodel, which was a bit of a bummer. We would have liked a room with a bathtub instead of just a shower.

The property had a bit of a worn look, but I was excited to see that renovations were about to start. However, I was a bit let down by the state of the room, which had dirty and ripped carpets, worn-out couch cushions, and dirt accumulated between the fridge and cabinets.

I really enjoyed my stay, thanks to the hotel's great location and comfortable beds. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the hot tub was out of order.
