“Bad traffic, bad service. Better more options with the same amount of price you pay.”

Location in the vicinity of Tanah Rata, ample parking, wide family room. 1. The bed linen was not changed when we checked in at 4PM. We asked it to be changed but only after i complained 4 times at the concierge and only changed after 9PM. 2. Booked family room for 4 and added 1 additional bed but only give 2 towels while additional bed and towels only come after i complained 4 times. Also only get it after 9PM. 3. Room is spacious but only 1 shower for family room. Worse than apartment homestay

The room was spacious, fairly clean, and offered a nice view. The pool also had a good view. Towels were stained and damp, and the overall vibe felt a bit weird.

Convenient and easy to access. The only downside was it was hard to find a dustbin in the car park.

The place is clean and well laid out. I booked for one night, then wanted to add another, but they told me the room was already booked and forced me to switch rooms. They could have kept me in the original room and given the other person the new one; the lack of flexibility was disappointing.

“Everything was excellent except check in process.”

Everything else was fine, but we arrived around 3 PM and the rooms weren’t ready. If I hadn’t insisted and followed up with staff, we might have waited forever in the lobby. We also couldn’t get rooms on the same floor because we prioritized getting into any available room quickly instead of waiting longer. This was a major flaw in our experience, and we were quite disappointed. I hope the hotel improves its check‑in and room readiness to prevent this for future guests.
