We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and felt completely at ease; the food was delicious, especially with the use of local products; our room was well equipped, clean, and the beds were very comfortable so we slept wonderfully; we also want to highlight the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff from reception to management, all attentive, warm, and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible; the location is good, allowing easy exploration of the surroundings; the hotel offers a relaxed, idyllic atmosphere with beautiful outdoor areas including a pool, garden, and river; we also liked the souvenir shop in the hotel where you can buy nice keepsakes; great, heartfelt service!

The hotel has spacious apartments, a good bed, a good shower, easy parking and correct service, friendly staff who try to help, but the apartment has very poor lighting (my room had no lamp but other rooms do); the hotel internet is very weak, difficult to connect, and asks for your passport number every time you connect; the hotel architecture is of dubious oriental style and the hotel in general shows some “age”; breakfast is plentiful but with Turkish cuisine, missing items a Western guest might expect, for example no juices, only one fruit option and no scrambled eggs.

A very beautiful hotel that I recommend without hesitation; the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the value for money is truly unbeatable; what really makes the difference for me is the human contact— the director and the whole team are present, attentive, and really do their best to ensure we are satisfied; we feel considered, and that matters a lot; big thanks to Ismet Bey and the whole team for their welcome and kindness; we will return with great pleasure!
