The location is good, the staff are friendly, and the room is comfortable.

The room was super comfy, and the common area was very clean. Isabel greeted us and was very friendly and attentive.

Communication worked well; the lady who received me was very nice and even gave me a restaurant tip. It's very central and easy to reach, just a short walk from the U-Bahn/Bushaltestelle that’s a bit steep. The street is very quiet at night even though it’s on the ground floor. The walls are quite thin, and you can hear a lot from the neighboring rooms.

The location is great, close to the historic center. Host Isabel was very polite and helpful, and the room was clean. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of toiletries like shampoo and body wash.
