The 24‑hour kitchen service was great, and there was nothing else to complain about.

A real fraud, I booked the room through booking and the hotel didn’t have it in its system, I had to find another hotel and they charged me for the stay, I expect an urgent solution or I will be forced to report. The room was excellent, and everything was perfect—no negatives at all.

The location was good, but the bathroom condition, the facilities, and the chair in the room were disappointing.

Parking was easy and there were shopping centres nearby, yet there weren't enough staff, so service was slow; the breakfast lacked allergen signs and had little gluten‑free variety, and the noise at night was quite loud.
