The hotel’s condition had deteriorated terribly; I’d stayed there five times before, and the last time, a year ago, it was already bad on every level, so I’d close it until it’s renovated. They even cancelled the Porto Hot Springs pool and left us with only what the hotel offered, which is a scandal and only suitable for animals. The water is cloudy and oddly colored, and the staff treatment was the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Unfortunately, this will be my last trip to Porto Mountain. The facilities and furniture are in ruins, and there are construction and renovation works happening in the mall while guests are staying.
