The staff were very friendly and helpful
The breakfast was delicious, with a lovely surprise - they even served paella in the morning

“Hotel hinsichtlich Lage, Zimmer und Frühstück mit fairem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis”
The hotel is relatively close to the city centre but sits on a busy street, so keeping windows open at night is definitely not an option (there are also rooms on the back side with a disappointing view), yet the windows close sound‑proofly. The rooms are good in size and equipment, and the mattresses have a pleasant firmness. Breakfast was very good in terms of selection and quality, except that salads/vegetables were missing. Especially commendable is that everything is restocked until the very end of breakfast time and the staff remain calm and very polite if you stay a quarter of an hour longer. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired despite daily service; the floor stayed dusty, and the sink drained very slowly for four days. With seven floors and many rooms there are only two elevators, so at breakfast, arrival, and departure times you have to wait a long time. Luckily there is a fairly friendly staircase.
The location was good, but the shower had hair in it.

Siistit huoneet ja tilat. Hyvä aamiainen. Järkeva hintataso. Sijainti vähän kaukana vanhasta kaupungista
The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, and nothing else was worth noting.
“Excelente”
The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly.
