The staff were friendly and the location was nice, but the room was noisy; I could hear people talking, coughing, and the TV from the next door, which kept me from sleeping until the neighbors finally fell asleep.

The staff were very attentive; when we had luggage trouble at the airport, they called and solved it for us. The room was fantastic and the bed extremely comfortable. A mini‑shopping center with restaurants and cafés sits right next to the hotel. Everything was perfect.

Overall the hotel is good, but the only thing that bothered me was the absence of a bidet spray in the bathroom 🚽. I hope management will consider installing one, as it is very important for Arab and Muslim guests and would make the stay much more comfortable.

We really enjoyed the hearty breakfast with plenty of options, especially that ramen—it was delicious. Nothing else to complain about.
