Prompt help with every question, the bathroom was fully functional, the bed and TV were good, there was a fridge, free tea and coffee in the room, and the room was spacious. The downside was the high noise level and the airplane noise, even with the windows closed the soundproofing was not good.

The cleanliness was excellent, the bathroom was nice and the room was quiet enough, and the view from the window was lovely. However, Saturday evenings are noisy in the premises until 4 a.m. The transport is convenient: a tram below the hotel takes you to the city centre, but it takes 15 minutes to arrive. The breakfast is also great with a good buffet; try the delicious salami and the excellent pastries. There are buses that go to the airport, but they seem to ignore you and say they don’t exist, while in reality number 38 does depart from the square below the hotel, takes 10 minutes and leaves you very close to the airport. Another issue is that the air‑conditioning seemed not to work; it didn’t blow hot air, but fortunately the weather was still mild.

The hotel is right at the tram terminal in Ilidža, a top location. It has its own parking, which makes the stay a lot easier. The room and the hotel itself are very clean, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good. I would definitely come back if I have the chance. It is important to note that the hotel is next to the airport. The noise is noticeable, even though the sound insulation is quite good. Bring earplugs. The breakfast selection is really good, but it would be better if there were more variations.
