The rooms are huge and comfy with dreamy balconies, the location is great whether you walk or take an Uber—less than 15 minutes to the farthest beaches—and close enough to the center to dine out and walk back at night; the staff—Yasmin, José, and everyone at reception—are always available with great enthusiasm and cheer, and breakfast service that cooks for you, prepares mate water, or just says good morning makes every morning start better.

I liked the staff’s service; everyone was very friendly. The food and drinks could be better, the sauna shouldn’t have that sour smell, and there were insects in the common areas.

From the moment you arrive, the staff are fantastic and helpful. The hotel is quiet, 10 minutes from the centre, offers good breakfast, and the Yoga class is great if you want it. Buzios is a wonderful place to visit, and we stayed there for 5 nights. The hotel has an old‑style charm; if you’re after something fully polished it might not fit, but we have high standards and loved it. Everything was great.

I absolutely loved everything! A wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ladies at breakfast were amazing—full of joy, always ready to solve problems and make you feel great. The food and variety were excellent. The room was beautiful, huge, with a balcony where we could enjoy mate and chat. The location is very good, close to the centre but not noisy. Thanks!
