“Cena / jakość na plus”
The surroundings are amazing—wonderful sea view, close to the beach, beautiful palms, a huge pool, plenty of loungers and beach bars with drinks. When the weather is good, it’s a perfect spot. The all‑inclusive menu offers a wide variety of food, a hotel shop with essentials, free access to the water park, and three complimentary drinks, water, and wine in the room. The room was clean, tidy, and well‑prepared. The view from the room is incredible: sea view, evening lights on the palms and pool, and the hills of Chlorakas. The rooms are well‑sound‑proofed—neighbors are hardly audible, and you can sleep soundly on a comfortable bed. The price for all‑inclusive in such a place with such a view and amenities is very good, which is the main reason to choose this hotel if you find a good deal; the minor inconveniences are outweighed by the relaxation in a beautiful setting at a lower price compared to other hotels. The main drawback is that the hotel markets itself as a 5‑star. I believe it was 5‑star when built in 2013, but now everything inside except the lobby needs refreshing, better finishing, and overall upkeep—walls often scratched, old scratched doors, dirty hallway carpets, unwashed spots, giving a sense of a failing hotel. This is not uncommon in Cyprus, but keep in mind that 5‑star in other European countries is a higher league. The indoor pool’s surroundings are very unpleasant—there’s little to enjoy there. The food is mediocre, though that’s a matter of taste. Meat is often dry and tough, sweets are often chemically flavored or overly sweet, and snack offerings between meals are very sparse compared to other hotels. In summary, there’s something for everyone—my favorite dishes always left me very full, but overall the quality of products and preparation is weak/average compared to other hotels. Drinks are standard all‑inclusive—chemical syrups, low‑quality beverages, and alcohol, which is a minus but common everywhere. I recommend not taking drinks from the menu but choosing your own, e.g., gin with tonic. Finally, the staff—two‑thirds are annoyed, unfriendly, and rude. Some are kind and helpful, but the majority work there for a penalty.
