The location is great, within a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the main sights of Chiang Mai Old Town. The owner went above and beyond, delivering food when I was feeling unwell. The room was quite quiet and had a large balcony overlooking the street. Nothing negative.

This place felt like home in Chiang Mai. We booked a room on the second floor, which came with a massive balcony, a spacious living room, a big bathroom, and a room that was perfect for relaxing. The space was huge, so we could unpack our bags, store our groceries, and even lounge on the couch while watching Netflix. The Wi-Fi and hot water were always stable, and the shower was a real treat. The bed was a bit firm, but it was high-quality and super comfy.

This place has a fantastic location, close to everything but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The separate work room was a great perk, especially for couples who need to stay productive. The internet was super fast, which was a relief. It's a great spot to stay, but be aware that it's not the cheapest option.
