Guests receive free Wi‑Fi, private check‑in/out, bicycle storage and optional on‑site parking. The beach lies a four‑minute walk away; the Sea Boardwalk is 700 m, the lighthouse under 1 km. Nearby hiking, cycling, water sports and scuba diving enrich stays.

Location, cleanliness, room comfort, breakfast. Because of construction there were no parking spaces.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, though the breakfast window was a bit limited, only from 8 to 9.30 am.

Thinking it over, I actually didn't like the guesthouse at all; the location is decent if you want peace, it's very quiet on the corner, but the walk to restaurants and attractions is much longer. The cleaning was poor—trash emptied only once every four days, no towel changes; towels were swapped only when noticeably dirty. The shower enclosure was hazardous, with a high water curtain and a slippery corner at the drain; the breakfast area was narrow. The rolls were always quite hard, the same cheese was offered for seven days, and the two types of cold cuts were sometimes too thin or torn when taken. No fruit was mentioned.
