The Port Rooms

Everything was horrible. We booked a 35 m² room but received a 3 × 3 m room where my husband and I barely fit our helmets and motorcycle gear because we travel by motorcycle. The reception staff were rude and even asked for a phone number to contact us, which is absurd; we were there for only one night. The room was damaged and broken, including the front door, the terrace door, and one window that at least didn’t fall; I’m posting pictures to prove what I’m saying. We toured half the country, but this is the first time something like this has happened to us, especially for the large amount of 76 € for just one night paid in advance. I can’t recommend it even to my enemies. Total misery.

“Voldoende voor een kort verblijf.”

The rain shower in the bathroom had a pleasant spray, the bed was comfortable, and we could sleep quietly because our room was at the back of the building. The breakfast was sparse, and the single‑bed blanket had blood stains.

This hotel was a real gem - the room was huge with a double king bed, and it was spotless. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance of the castle and seafront. Even though it was low season, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants open, and the buses for the main bus terminal and airport were just a short walk away.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but things didn't quite work out. I was in the Philippines, but Booking had shown me that this hotel was in a great location for me. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and I ended up paying $75 extra for a hotel in Turkey. It was a bit of a letdown.

“Hat seinen Zweck gerade so erfüllt”

The one thing that really stood out at this hotel was the friendly service, particularly from Yeşim. Unfortunately, the hotel had a few drawbacks - you had to go outside to get breakfast, and the decor and soundproofing were both pretty poor. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to think twice about staying here.
