Tomas, the owner, was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful (thanks also for the ride to the electric‑car charging station); check‑in was very pleasant, we received the most beautiful room with a large terrace, stunning views of the Tuscan hills, tasteful décor with elegant antique furniture and many lovely details, a fantastic breakfast with freshly made fried eggs, complimentary water in the room and an extra bottle for the road—thanks for everything.

This small, charming hotel’s biggest strength is the hospitality and kindness of Tomas. It’s strategically located for those who want to explore the area or stop along a long north‑to‑south Italy trip. The hotel sits in Foiano’s center and is easily reachable; a convenient public parking lot is just a few meters away. Tomas made us feel at home with many small touches, and we appreciated his dinner recommendations. Breakfast was good, and cleanliness was excellent. The property has huge potential, and we’re sure that with Tomas’s care it will only get better. A few minor improvements are needed over time, and the new management under Tomas will address them appropriately.

“Un posticino di relax”

Located right in the center with free parking right below what is more of a B&B than a hotel. Rooms were clean but the furnishings needed balancing, especially since they’re small. The new owner is kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good, fresh, and the savory items were prepared on request—something I really liked because everything was fresh. The price was great! The rooms were small and overall too furnished; I’d reduce some to improve space. The former owners might have had different intentions. I’d suggest the new owner switch to a B&B to benefit from tax reductions and less need to maintain star ratings.

“Scoperto per caso, rimasti Soddisfatti”

We were satisfied in every way. The main strength was the staff: Thomas was friendly, professional, and attentive to every need. The hotel was welcoming and clean; the room was comfortable and equipped with everything required for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, close to the highway exit. The stay exceeded our expectations; we’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking to spend a few days in a special place. Compliments to Thomas and thanks for making our experience unforgettable.

“Gentilezza e ospitalità”

Because of traffic we arrived after the scheduled time, but the receptionist welcomed us without any trouble, letting us sleep longer. A kind gesture that was far from expected! The property is pleasant and the breakfast is plentiful. Nothing to report.
