Nothing, even though we were prepaid the property refused us because we have a Peoria address. We then had to stay elsewhere, and the manager was rude. No mention of this policy was on the booking page. Request a refund.

The breakfast was good and offered many choices, but I picked Stay Bridge because the website claimed they had a pool; when I arrived I discovered it had been closed for a year.

The room was clean and comfortable and close to our event, but the breakfast buffet wasn’t refilled regularly and there was no ice machine.

The facility was clean and in a good area, and it’s across the street from the convention center, but the toilet in my room didn’t flush properly because the nob to flush the toilet lacked enough tension to lift the seal; I had to lift the back cover and the arm manually, which is a simple fix that probably won’t be a problem when I return.
