The hotel's location was pretty convenient, but the lack of communication from the property was a major letdown. I didn't receive a confirmation call, which made me wonder how they'd handle any issues I might've had during my stay. The room itself was decent, but the booking process was a bit of a mystery to me - I'm still not entirely sure how it works. Overall, it felt like a bit of a gamble, and I'm not sure I'd book here again.
