The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast offered a very wide variety of tasty options.

Close to the airport, with 24‑hour reception, efficient transport links, clean rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

The location is very convenient, just 12 minutes from Kraków. The staff were not welcoming at all—no smiles, they made faces as if you were bothering them, and they didn’t respond even when you spoke their language; a simple smile would have sufficed. In the rooms they didn’t replace used cups, didn’t add coffee or tea, didn’t make the bed again, only changed the towels.

Breakfast was good, but the place was too noisy.
