The breakfasts were delicious, the dogs were lovely and very friendly, and Claire and her husband welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The location was close to many local points of interest, and everything was fine.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay with Clare and Paul, whose warm and charming hospitality made everything feel like home; their helpfulness, humor, and the lovingly decorated space—including a lovely garden and three adorable female dogs—made us feel completely at ease. Everything was simply perfect!

The location, right on the road between Sudbury and Bury‑St Edmunds, was great and close to Lavenham, where we were visiting. Clare and Paul were good hosts, breakfast was tasty, and the view from our room was soothing. The only issue was the sign for the property – it was black, small, and easy to miss; fortunately the wife found it after I had already passed. Otherwise, no problems.
