The staff were great and the location was good, and there was nothing to complain about.

There was no welcome at all; when we asked for dining suggestions the staff said to look on Google. The curtains didn’t fit the windows, many sockets were dead, the fridge and microwave couldn’t be used together, several lights were out, and we couldn’t get Wi‑Fi in the room.
