The area has a lot of local shops to try and not many tourists, so it gives a good local experience, but one of the windows is stuck and I couldn’t close it, and cigarette smell kept coming through the window all night.

We arrived before check‑in time but they still accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Inside everything was very clean, the staff were polite, helped with our luggage, and escorted us to the room. The area is close to the airport, which is why we chose it. We came to Guangzhou mainly for shopping, so we spent most of our time wandering through markets and stores. A taxi ride usually took 30‑40 minutes. Near the hotel there are plenty of shops and a small market. There’s also a massage salon at the hotel. All in all, everything was very enjoyable.
