I was close to the plazza de armas, and the shower worked fine with hot water. The breakfast was not very busy, and oddly the staff told us it wouldn't be served on our departure morning because it wasn't included that day. The room was cramped, making it hard to store luggage and move around, and there was no window looking outside.

I really liked the welcome and the staff were very friendly throughout. It would be great if there were heating, because it gets very cold sometimes.

The staff were arrogant and unwilling to help or fix any issues, and they charged more than the rate listed on Booking. They also don’t have a complaints book.

The location is good and the price-to-quality ratio is decent. Breakfast is fairly basic, so I only stayed for one night. The lack of ventilation, especially in the bathroom, left a bad smell, and there were also mold spots on the walls and ceiling.

El lugar tiene una de las mejores ubicaciones. Si bien no es San Blas, está cerca de la plaza de armas y demás destinos turísticos. Le falta luminosidad en los cuartos
