The team is wonderful, very friendly and helpful; breakfast is tasty, the environment is calm with plenty of nature and space, but the pool was broken, which is odd for a winter‑visited place that’s closed and not heated; the room’s air conditioning didn’t work, the internet was spotty, and check whether the room actually has a hot tub—many people get confused.
