The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, plus the 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea were a nice touch; there was no carpeting in the rooms, and my daughter enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the rate, but the bathroom shower stall’s walls and tiles needed a little repair.

Everything was very clean, the staff were accommodating, and the hotel was family‑friendly, with no issues at all.

The atmosphere was great, the staff were all helpful and courteous, and I felt at home; the place was clean, which is very important to me, and I really enjoyed my stay. My husband and I sat outside and had wine, though a firepit would have been nice; my kids loved swimming after the park. Thanks to the whole team. The shower was terrible—washing my hair was a nightmare, the water was weak and didn’t heat up well—this was the only negative point.

My mom and I stayed in a handicap room that was carefully designed for safety, allowing her to move around easily and featuring a bathroom set up for handicap use; the price was fair, the continental breakfast was good, and gluten‑free options were available for my granddaughter with celiac disease. Overall, it’s a solid place and I would definitely return; I was extremely satisfied and the staff were very pleasant and attentive. The only complaint was that the handicap bathroom needed a chair for dressing.

The handicap facilities were outstanding, making it a solid choice for a stay. The price tag was high, which was a downside, but overall I was pleased. I would keep coming back if the cost were lower.
