“Perfect location, lack of amenities, small rooms”
The location is good, but the rooms are small and there aren't many services. It's not a five‑star place, but it’s a solid four‑star.
The spot was close to activities, family‑friendly, clean, and the parking service was good.

The service is amazing. I've never seen staff so helpful and cheerful. The ski room guys do everything for you, so you can just go skiing. Reception is very accommodating, and the breakfast staff are fantastic. Overall, a perfect score for the hotel’s service. The bathrooms are not up to the hotel’s standard—tiny and stuffy.

Every breakfast dish is free, but the rest costs extra; the water in the room is paid for, the room is extremely tight, clothes are on the floor, and they keep your luggage at reception. The bathroom is awful—no shower, no washing facilities, and you have to put your makeup there!
