The owner is genuinely helpful and friendly. The suite feels very welcoming, and the terrace breakfast is truly lovely. Elisa offered a variety of croissants, brioche, cakes, herbal teas, coffee, juices, and more. It’s perfect for those who want to relax without too much hustle and bustle.

The pool is great, the breakfast amazing, the host very friendly and helpful with everything we needed, and the room was excellent, having everything we required.

Nice, clean room, good bathroom, within walking distance of Santa Spirito centre, close to the airport. The downside: the advertised pool was closed, and we received an email with strict rules that banned swimming from 13.00 to 17.00 – right when the day is hottest. Across the street is a fish market that starts its logistics at night, so you can smell fish outside. The listing claimed an on‑site beach, but that’s not true; there’s a rocky shore on the other side of the street, hard to sit on, hard to get into the water, and not good for swimming.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We booked at short notice because of an evening layover, and the place was just 8 minutes from the airport. It worked out great as a last‑minute booking, and owner Moses was very helpful, even taking us back to the airport at 6 am the next morning.
