“Totally nonexistent. Am I a victim of a scam or Booking.com bungling things?”

We were unable to stay because Intrepid had no confirmation for our two rooms; I paid but received nothing and had to find another place. I’ll investigate whether this was a scam or just a glitch in an automatic online booking system. My email is [email protected].

The location was very quiet and safe, the facilities were good, and it felt like home because you have access to a kitchen, dining area, living room, and more.

Nothing to say positively. Overall everything was untidy.

“Very disappointing”

The linens were just bundled on the bed, we had to make the beds ourselves, the room was dirty, there were glasses full of juice or something left in the room with toys on the bed, the toilet was dirty and the floor had pee everywhere near the toilet, the kettle leaked so much it felt dangerous to use. Worst experience I had with this stay; I would love a full refund because this is disgusting. Everything was bad, dirty, and not presentable; someone paying for a clean stay deserves a clean stay.
