“Very pleasant”
Just a heads up, there's no food on site so you'll need to bring your own or plan ahead. That's pretty much it, just a basic room and that's okay if that's what you're looking for.

This place was a breeze to stay at - the location was great, the staff were easy to communicate with, and everything just felt really relaxed.

We loved the location and our room was tidy. Mollymook beach was just a short drive away and watching the sunrise there was amazing. The locals were friendly too. That said, we were a bit surprised by the lack of extras - no kettle, separate water tap or extra bathroom bits, which we had to buy. And Netflix wasn't working, but the reception team did know about it.

The place had all the essentials and a great fridge and freezer, which was a nice touch. However, I did notice some issues - the couch had a lot of dog hair on it, the bedroom didn't have AC, and the water pressure was pretty poor.

The kitchen utensils were fine, but the check‑in was extremely difficult. I had to call an Australian number that I couldn't access, and luckily another guest helped us by lending a phone. We had paid for 2 adults and 2 children, yet when we called to check in and pick up the key, the receptionist said we hadn't paid for the kids and that we would have to pay an extra fee. We had the confirmation in hand stating we paid for 4 people, and after a long phone call and a lot of stress she didn't charge us but she also didn't provide bedding or towels for the children. We had to use our own sheet for their sofa bed, which was dirty with blood stains. We grabbed an extra blanket from the closet, but it had a strong dog smell. We ended up sleeping without a sheet or blanket. The experience was terrible and the value for money was awful.
