“frustrada”
Overall it was fine, but I expected more from the buffet and the Italian specialty night; the beef carpaccio was tasty but none of the desserts appealed to me. I had to cancel the night I arrived because my mom was taken to the hospital in an emergency, so I didn't even stay the first night; I asked if they could consider the next available night for me and my friends who also had to leave in solidarity. I thought there could have been a bit more empathy in these situations, especially since we didn't consume much during the low season; a little more common sense would have helped.
