The welcome was terrible; the front door was locked at 19:30 and after ringing the bell ten times I waited another ten minutes to be let in. The cleaning was awful, I didn’t even dare to take a shower, breakfast consisted of one muffin each and stale juices, and I had to make my own coffee because nobody was there. In short, avoid this place.

The city center and hotel access were convenient, but the receptionist only spoke Italian, making communication nearly impossible; breakfast wasn't truly included—just coffee, juice, and a stale sour‑jam croissant that was inedible, so I can't fathom how they market this as a “bed and breakfast.”
