“Terrible”
The shower was clean, but the bed had bed bags, and people were banging all night—no sleep at all. The TV didn’t work, and I could hear girls screaming.

I have a mobility problem, so a ground‑floor room would have been better, and that should have been communicated at booking. There was only one shared bathroom, and the kitchen was almost tidy but lacked utensils—only one fork was available. My friend struggled to get to the room because of the stairs, and I couldn’t lift her up. In short, the place is shambolic and noisy with tenants. The mattress was uncomfortable and didn’t provide a good sleep.
