The house has every little thing you could want, making the stay feel special, and being right near the beach, restaurants, and town is a huge plus. The road to the place is a bit bumpy on dirt, but you can manage it without a 4×4. Considering the price, you won’t find a better deal around here.

The villa was spotless, brand‑new and thoughtfully designed, sitting in a silent spot where the only sounds are the forest and rain, plus a gorgeous view. My partner and I set up a work table in the air‑conditioned room and could focus without any noise. Being between Pavones and Pilón gave us easy access to surf both beaches and try different restaurants, and the kitchen had all the gear and even basic spices.
