The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. The staff were flawless, and the room stayed tidy and clean. We enjoyed a lovely balcony that was very comfortable at the end of the day to relax; we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return 😊

The spot was great, the room was spotless, and the staff were friendly—especially the morning receptionist (I don’t remember her name), who was quick and helpful. The room itself felt cramped, especially for a double bed, and moving the curtains required crawling over the bed; there was no desk for a laptop or work.

We stayed for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, on the European side and very close to Galata, with public transport easily accessible. There is also a small store on the ground floor, which is very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are a little small, but clean and functional, and we had no issues with anything in the room. We also discovered a lovely hidden spot nearby with a beautiful sunset view overlooking Hagia Sophia—a real highlight! The only downside was some road noise, as the hotel is on a busy road. Overall, a great location, friendly staff, and good value. We would happily stay here again.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and convenient for getting around Istanbul. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall we had a really good experience. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like—everything was really good.

We loved this hotel. Everything was super. The people were very attentive. The location was great. We will stay here every time. The terrace has great Bosphorus views. The location is very close to Galata. In short, a super hotel, I recommend it to everyone. Nazhanim took great care of us and helped with many things; no amount of thanks is enough.
