“Our initial stay started off poorly but radically improved by a committed desk mgr.”

Initially when we checked in we were provided a room in the fourth floor than was dimly lite and had no windows. We felt this was unacceptable. We inquired at the front desk about our concern and thru the help and support of the front desk manager (Maizie) she quickly located an alternate room that was a 10x improvement to our original room which was huge and clearly improved our stay at this hotel. We are grateful for her help and support. Original room on the fourth floor that we were provided by the hotel was depressing and unacceptable for us Somehow this room missed all hotel renovations and any form of improvements that likely a number of other hotel rooms have received ov time

“it was good, could’ve been easier to find the room”

The hotel was nice and the bed was comfortable, but the elevator was closed, so we had a hard time finding our room due to the detour.

The room was unclean, with mould on the shower head and hairs on the walls—very unsanitary.

The location was convenient for getting around, but I didn’t receive a hair dryer in my room, so I had to borrow one from a friend’s different room.

“It was very well priced - close to the station and city centre. Good breakfast as well”

The old hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and I can’t find any faults.
