This was the most functional hotel room I've ever seen, with a full fridge and freezer, stove top, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, a good TV, a pull‑out couch bed and a separate bed, plus a great bathroom – overall one of the best hotel rooms I've ever seen.

“We’d return to this location!”

Staff was WONDERFUL! Attentive and friendly, they offered water upon arrival and departure, never made you feel rushed or like you were inconveniencing them with questions; the room was spacious and clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure – if we ever come back we’ll definitely stay here again. The only thing we didn’t like was that you had to get ice from the freezer in sandwich bags; they were frozen solid so you had to take them outside and hit them on the cement to break them smaller, which would be more inconvenient in winter – why not just have an ice machine?!

“Home away from home.”

Residence Inn by Marriott is perfectly situated for our visits to Chicago to see our grandchildren; the suites feel like home with a full kitchen and the beds are always comfortable for a great night’s sleep, and every time we visit the staff is incredible—always friendly, helpful, and just overall excellent. Everything was wonderful.
