The resort's beautiful setting and convenient location made it a great choice for visiting the people I was with, but unfortunately, the IT crash meant I lost two nights and couldn't get a refund. It was a lovely spot, but the technical issues really let it down.

The resort's grounds are well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful, but there are some issues that need addressing. We had to wait until 3:45 to check in, and even then, we had to fill out the entire guestbook ourselves, which felt a bit invasive. The room was small and lacked a few essentials, like a fridge and TV, but the aircon and bathroom were decent. The pool was a letdown, being shallow and murky, and the "attraction" in the middle was a bit of a distraction.

We had the best food of our entire two-month trip to the Philippines at this place, and it's a testament to the chef's skills. The food was incredible, and we left feeling very satisfied.
